• Test hard disk drive, clean up old files and defrag
• Clean the PC inside and out
• Check for virii and clean as necessary (this does not include reinstalling the operating system if required)
• Advise on upgrades

Systems Upgrades

• Memory installation   £10
• Other upgrades   £15 for the first,    £7.50 for each additional
• Software installation   £7.50
• Internet set-up   £7.50
• Operating System Installation   £25

Hourly Rates

• First ½ hour   £20
• Per hour thereafter   £20
