As long as you can connect to the Internet, we can connect to your computer using our secure remote assistance software. We will then be able to see and control your computer and help resolve your issues. There are a suprising number of issues that can be resolved in this way.

If you cannot start you computer, or if you are having trouble connecting to the internet, we may be able to help by giving guidance over the telephone.

Prices start at £15 per half hour, and we fix most issues within this time. The steps are simple; call us on 07712 783587, and we will discuss your requirements and an estimate will be made as to how much time your support call is likely to take. You can then either click one of the Buy Now options below, or use your online banking to send payment for the desired length of time.

While we speak on the phone, we will guide you to the remote assistance webpage, and you will be asked to run a small program on your computer. The program will give you a single use code that you read to the technician over the phone, and the one-time connection will be established.

We will not begin timing the session until we both agree that we are starting. If we should run out of time, we will be able to top up as needed.

To get started, follow these 3 steps:

  1. Ring 07712 783587 and we will discuss your issues, and you will be given an estimate of how long the session could take.
  2. While staying on the line, choose one of the Buy Now options below, and once your payment is cleared, move to step 3.
  3. Click on this link: Sos.splashtop.com and you will be prompted to download a small program. Our technician will then guide you through the connection process (see illustrations at right).
