My-Helpdesk is now offering UK-wide remote IT support on an ad-hoc basis. Using remote support software from Splashtop.com in conjunction with a telephone call, My-Helpdesk is able to provide remote assistance for a surprising number of your IT needs. And this is done without a lengthy contract. Instead, you can choose from a single call starting at £25 per half hour. Or you can purchase one of our support packs, starting at 5 1-hour sessions for £185, or 10 1-hour sessions for £350.

How Our Remote IT Service Works

Simply call 07712 783587*. Then, we will discuss your issues and decide if your issue is likely to be resolved remotely, and estimate how long it is likely to take. After we decide on which support option you require, you can choose it from the Buy Now buttons below. Or, you can pay by bank transfer. Once payment has cleared, you will click the Splashtop link located in step 3 below, which will initiate a technical support services connection. We will not start the timer until we have agreed to begin. I have a no-fix no-fee policy, so if I am unable to resolve the issue, a full refund is issued.

For those purchasing a time based session, every attempt will be made to resolve the issue within that time. If we need to add more time that can be done as required, although that rarely happens.

Start a Remote Support Session in 3 Steps:

  1. Ring 07712 783587 and we will discuss your issues, and you will be given an estimate of how long the session could take.
  2. While staying on the line, choose one of the Buy Now options below, and once your payment is cleared, move to step 3.
  3. Click on this link: Sos.splashtop.com and you will be prompted to download a small program. Our technician will then guide you through the connection process (see illustrations at right).
